How long does it take?
Our turnaround times vary based on the size and complexity of your project, as well as our studio’s current workload. Generally, most projects are completed within 1-2 weeks after we receive your products and payment. For the most accurate information, we regularly update our current lead times, providing you with a clear view of our capacity and expected turnaround times.
What are the technical specifications of the images?
Resolution
3000 x 3000 pixel high-resolution JPEG files at 300 DPI, exceeding size requirements for all major e-commerce platforms.
File format
High-resolution JPEG files with a standard 1:1 (square) crop ratio. Other formats and crop ratios are available upon request.
Seamless white background
Pure white backgrounds that blend perfectly with websites and e-commerce platforms.
Color correction
Colors are adjusted for vibrance and accuracy, delivered in the web-standard sRGB IEC61966-2.1 color profile.
What kind of license comes with the images?
Each image includes a perpetual, exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license. You can use the images we produce for you as often as you like, without ever having to pay royalty or usage fees. For complete details on the image license and any restrictions, please refer to our Terms of Service.
Can I have a background other than white?
Absolutely! We can deliver your product photos with a background color of your choice when you include transparencies in your order. Simply let your project manager know your preferred background color, and we’ll make it happen.

More details on group arrangements
1. To be exempt from additional charges, group photos must be arranged without white space completely separating each item. Requests for products to be shot in a linear or grid-like fashion with white space in-between will be quoted as individual separate photos. In these cases each photo will be delivered to you separately and we will be happy to combine the separate photos into a group arrangement for you at no additional charge.
